  • What paper/cardstock do you use? It varies from project to project but we always use the most premium materials available to us

  • How durable are the bookmarks and inserts? We use high quality materials with a focus on durabilty and quality


✓ RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Can I return personalised items? You can if they are damaged or incorrectly made

  • What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us to discuss what happened 

  • What if I change my mind? We start working on orders ASAP, so if you let us know early enough we will see what we can do
