Refund & Returns Policy

We put a lot of time and care into every item we create, and we want you to be genuinely happy with your order. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalised, please note the following terms:

Returns

• We currently do not accept returns for change of mind
• Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:
• contact us within 7 days of delivery
• include a photo of the damage
• we will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you

Wrong Item Received

If we’ve made a mistake (it happens!), please message us and we’ll sort it immediately.

Digital Products

If they apply:
• digital items are non-refundable once downloaded

Handmade Products

All items are handmade, so small variations are part of the charm, not considered faults.

Cancelling an Order

If your order has not yet been made or posted, we can usually cancel it—just message us quickly.
